Blowing hot air
While parts of the country are starting to feel the cool of Fall and other parts are being pummeled by hurricanes...here in Southern California summer rages on. It's hot. Oven hot. So hot that it makes this look completely enjoyable.
There's no such thing as acting like a dignified lady when the heat is on full blast. In my case though, weather has never really factored in. Lady? What lady?

She's alive!! Welcome back Miss Sara, your readers missed zou. Awesome picture. I remember those days eating by Daphne's just to be out of the office, but sweating like no other and complaining about HOW HOT it was. Then going back inside only to take the next 4 hours to cool down.
It is definitely becoming Fall here in the Midwest. Nothing too bad...yet. Cool mornings and nights, low 70s during the day. And now that it's stopped flooding, the sun is finally out. Wee! Keep posting please! And smack Eh-Stacy on the head to get her to start doing the same. Jeesh!
I tried to hold back from commenting so soon. Wanted to play hard to get - hide how desperate I am to hear/read anything from you. But I couldn't. It's like trying to stroll nonchalantly to an oasis in the desert. F*** that - I'm gonna run.
